About Manuzza

Manuzza started with something simple — making arancini the way we grew up eating them.

Our Nonna, Angela, left Sicily at 16 and built her life in Montreal, but she never left her traditions behind. In our family, food was everything. It’s how we stayed connected, how we gathered, how we showed love. Arancini were always part of that.

Manuzza came from that.

What started as a small idea turned into a shop in Little Italy, where we serve arancini and Sicilian street food made with the same approach we’ve always known — simple ingredients, proper technique, and attention to detail.

At the same time, we’ve been building something beyond the shop.

We now produce frozen arancini that are available in grocery stores across Quebec. The goal is to make a product people can bring home that still feels like it came from a real kitchen — not a factory.

We’re not trying to reinvent anything.
We’re just doing it properly.

The long-term goal is clear:
to make Manuzza the name people think of when it comes to arancini.

And we’re building it one batch at a time.

Three generations. One story.
